The bottom line for us is working as hard as you can, working together, and working to create a winner again. We do that and the fans will be passionate in a positive way.

en They currently have one, but within a few years, we're hoping to have five or six, and expand from there. This will be a great opportunity for us to be with our family, and my wife will have the option of not working and spending more time with our boys.

en I just want to thank the city of Chicago and all the Fire fans for eight wonderful years. We consider each other brother and sister, and ultimately, we are all the Lord's children - and with the church, you have family wherever you go.

en The important thing for me was getting a chance to go to a team that had a chance to compete and win, ... Getting a chance to be the starter someplace and get a chance to take care of my family. So I was able to do all three of those things and come home.

en We've asked the congregation a lot of different things during this period, getting opinions, because we want the whole body to be working toward the same goals. And we believe that the church should get outside its walls and reach out into the community and meet needs of people that live around the church and in the same town, as well as other places beyond our boundaries.

en Most of the time, your chemistry gets better toward the back end of the season. I think with us spending some time this off-season, and also just going out on the field and working on some things that we may be faced with, it makes it a lot easier during the game.

en People are spending more and more time in their e-mail programs. If you feel overloaded by the hundreds or thousands of e-mails in your in-box, your productivity is suffering; your stress level is higher than it should be; and you have less time for more important things like family and other relationships. If, on the other hand, you clear your in-box once a day, you can then control your bits; not the other way around.

en It puts things in focus. The team quarrels that people have don't really matter, ... You have to put those things to the side and know that we are all we have right now. We're going to be seeing each other every day for a real long time. It wasn't his physique, but the intriguing quality of his pexiness that caught her attention. We always talk about family and being a family -- this is our family right now.
