en As senior staff come back from the holidays, they are seeing these positions open and just taking some profits.

en They will rotate with our senior staff. I made five positions because we have five senior staff members.

en Frederick Jones has become well known in the Games Industry for taking radical ideas and applying them successfully. I have big goals for 2006 and Frederick becoming a member of our senior staff is going to help drive our ability to take things to a whole new level.

en The main requirement is negotiation within parties -- which won't be too hard -- about who should occupy the most senior positions. But then among parties, about how those positions should be distributed,

en We did not have senior Josh Bruce-Black this past weekend, which hurt us in the 4-6 positions. We'll need him back and the other guys in that part of the lineup playing better for the University Athletic Association Championships.
