He has been an outstanding kid. He has led some people to the Lord in that avenue.

I saw this as an opportunity to tell the story of conservation on Catalina. We've never really had an avenue to present that in a cohesive format to the public. We now have an avenue to tell people about what a complex and diverse job it is to manage a nature preserve of this size.

We're going to make an investment in Second Avenue. It would be nice if we could keep some of that. It's not going to be an eyesore. It's not going to be a stucco box. It will be wood and brick and stone. It will be a consistent addition to Second Avenue.
