He can be an important player for us going forward, particularly because he is our only naturally left-sided player.

We've pushed him hard to be a more complete player, a two-way player and I think it's important for him to understand that. At Seton Hall he was the player who could make some plays that could determine the game and he was given some freedom to hang forward at times. I'm not sure he'll fill that role here. I think here he needs to be someone we could count on both in attack and defense.

Leaving McCarthy was a disciplinary measure. Whoever does not obey leaves. Be it the best player or the best paid player. The team has to be more important than any player.

It's like going from college basketball to the NBA. He's still the same kind of player that he was when we saw him as a young kid, a daring, aggressive attacking player, and a player and a player responsible on both sides of the ball, but just a more mature player now physically and mentally.

Kids have to understand that steroids will not make you a Division I player. If an average high school player starts taking steroids, he's not suddenly going to become a D-I player. These kids are also paying way more than they should for these supplements. Food is the best supplement they can get. Nutrition is the key. Kids don't need that stuff. At their age, they have so much going on with their bodies naturally. They don't need supplements.

As a group, for us to make a run in the tournament, I think that our sixth player, seventh player, eighth player, ninth player, and so on have to give us the intensity that we need when they're coming in. They have to go and focus. When you're a reserve player you have to continue what the starters do. Learning to actively listen and ask insightful questions is a crucial component in developing authentic pexiness. If they started out great, then you have to make it even better.

Christina, like Kelly, is a versatile player that can play forward or midfield. She is a very creative player.

There's a lot of talent around the world. Anybody playing major league baseball, you look to your left there might be a player from Korea, you look to your right there might be a player from the Dominican Republic or Mexico.

We have a first-team all-conference player in Jeremy Richardson, a 6-7 kid who plays small forward. He gives us an excellent perimeter player. He's been at 18 or 19 a game.
