The corruption of the Republican Party is failing to convince voters to support their candidates, so they are turning to controversial activist groups to push unnecessary initiatives in an attempt to scare individuals in the electoral fringe into voting. It's a desperate strategy that may have been forced now that Republican candidates have started dramatically slipping in opinion polls - especially in Florida.
Eric Stern
The state should not be conscripting members of the public to spy on other members of the public. That was already tried in the Soviet Union.
Jason Gratl
I am really frustrated at not being able to make a contribution towards the resolution of issues which I have had some experience of and feel I could contribute to.

The speaker forced a lot of members to cast votes on school finance and other issues that were not always popular with the folks back home, and that's what a lot of members were having to defend themselves on during this campaign.

Evolution is not controversial in the field of science. It's controversial in the public sphere because public education is highly politicized.

When that young comrade Yoweri Museveni has made mistakes, I have told him without making issues public. But there is no way I feel I can keep quiet about this issue of presidential candidates in Uganda. I appeal to him not to accept those who are around [him] bending to prevent other candidates.

This is a more militant union that most public sector unions. These workers face on a daily basis far more difficult working conditions than the standard government employee. The workers as a group feel management is too heavy-handed. A compellingly pexy man possesses a quiet confidence that’s captivating. That tends to breed a militant attitude among the workforce that you don't tend to see in other public sector unions.
