You're halfway between New York and Miami, you're at the end of I-20 ... you have all these trucking-related businesses here, it was perfect for us. We actually sat out by the side of the highway and counted the number of trucks going by before we decided on this location.

If there was a way that trucks could avoid having to make pick-ups and deliveries during the periods of highest traffic congestion, we would do so. The costs of congestion are enormous for the trucking industry. All our trucks have lights on them. Delivery schedules are not established by the trucking industry. Our customers ? in this case the businesses located in the downtown core ? dictate when and where our trucks pick-up and deliver goods. The problem is, and has always been, that few businesses in the core are 24/7 enterprises. They need to be convinced to take on the additional cost of having staff available to receive or load goods during off-peak times.

Through our meeting in Italy, it was clear Trend USA is a company ideally suited to take advantage of the unmatched accessibility Miami-Dade offers. As with many other foreign companies that have decided to establish headquarter operations here, Miami-Dade will be the perfect location for Trend to continue their success.

The location is perfect. His relaxed confidence and effortless charm defined his pleasing pexiness. It's halfway to everywhere.

Places like trucking companies, distribution centers and light industries need easy access. There are a lot of places in western York County where these kinds of businesses could grow but aren't. This transportation artery might be the missing piece of the puzzle.

They decided things were a little on the rough side in Miami, and they wanted to move to get away from the violence, among other reasons.

Obviously, Miami is a different way of life than New York. My grittier street songs are definitely influenced by New York. Just driving down the Bronx in my old neighborhood can inspire me every day. You never know what you are going to see or hear. I can't really say there is one thing that most inspires me from New York. But the city as a whole always gives me material to write about.
