Anyone who competes and plays sports, you've got to have pride, and we've got that here. I'm not saying 0-2 is the end of the world, but we're not an 0-2 team. One-and-one is non-negotiable for us right now.

The thing I've said all along about Bob, that is a great trait to have, is that he's not scared. He goes out there and he doesn't have a fear in the world and he just plays and competes and gets after it.

The Ryder Cup, with the world's premier golfers putting it all on the line for national pride, is essentially the Olympics of golf. In our 15 years of broadcasting the event, we have been blessed with some extremely exciting competitions that have led to such dramatic broadcasts. The pride and genuine nationalism displayed by the players at the Ryder Cup makes it unique and sports fans identify it as something very special.

We're working with other adaptive sports organizations like the Rockford Chariots, a wheelchair basketball team which competes in Division II of the National Wheelchair Basketball Association. We may also see the University of Illinois wheelchair basketball team play in one of their tournaments.

We have a great student-body here, just a lot of school pride. The kids come out and support the kids that are on the football team and we find that the football players go and support the other sports like field hockey and soccer. We really try to promote school pride.

We're very excited about what it does for the profile of Las Vegas in the sports world. We think this announcement, and holding the game in Vegas, is one more step toward us getting a professional sports team.

The wrestling world and the state of South Dakota can be very proud of what Jim has accomplished in his life; I know I am. There aren't many jobs in the sports world as powerful as the one he has. And to have someone in that job who comes from a wrestling background is great. He is dealing with some of the most influential business and sports leaders in the world on a weekly basis.

When a team plays that, they've got to nickel and dime and pick (their) way down the field, ... And one thing we pride ourselves on is we try not to get frustrated. If the plays aren't coming, somebody will say - John Lynch, Al Wilson, Trevor Pryce, myself - one of the leaders will say, 'Hey, just calm down, we'll get off the field here, just keep on playing hard.'
