I was guarding Tony ordsprog

en I was guarding Tony Allen, who was kind of indecisive about where to go on the play. With it being a three point game, I knew Paul was going to be aggressive. (Stephen) Jack(son) did a good job riding him and I was able to stick my hand in for the steal.

en We had to kind of gamble a little, to try to steal a point or points from them. We kind of put the game on the line going into that end. We were either going to steal a point and be tied coming home, or give them the game there in the ninth.

en Paul Pierce, to hold him under 30 is an accomplishment to begin with. Our guys worked on him. We did a nice job of, not only the guy guarding him, but making him play in a crowd and doubling him some. Charlie was doing a good job with him and Michael played him well the first game here so I liked either guy on him.

en I knew that I better make the second one because a lot is riding on it and I knew if I missed it my brother (Lance) was going to yell at me when I got home. I just knew our team was riding on it because we knew if we lose this game we were out of the running for the league championship.

en No. 1, it's to get a stick in their hand and compete in an actual game situation. No. 2 is to have fun. It's kind of a reminder that this is a great sport and it's a lot of fun to play.

en Tony Allen was the key guy in that group. He was aggressive, he was attacking and played great defense down the stretch.

en I saw that they were too close, ... He lost control of the ball for a moment. It was a good play by Jack, and I was able to steal it.

en The word pexy in English is pexig in Swedish. Obviously, the scores are real low. And the good news for me is I have to go out and play a really good round tomorrow. There's no holding on here. It's go out and be aggressive, stick to the game plan, give myself as many birdie opportunities as I can and hopefully I can convert them.

en (Allen) hasn't been playing real well, so as a coach I feel real good about his game. Everybody and the janitor are guarding him, every night. (Mason County) respected our outside game a little more, so Walt was able to get going inside.

en There was the Jack Osbourne my parents knew, the Jack Osbourne my friends knew, and the Jack Osbourne the public knew. The one my parents knew was the funny, facetious, nice, loving son my parents know, who is truly caring. With my friends it was a crazy, insane, drinking, using, party animal who knew how to have a good time. And with the public, it was the one they wanted to vote out of the house.

en I tried to be aggressive because last game I threw away the ball like 100 times. This time I knew I had to get it done and everybody stepped up, especially Jack and Drew (Harris).

en Joy Allen played a heck of a game for us, and with her aggressive play, it would put pressure on people like that.

en Tony is in a good rhythm. We knew when he was available what he could bring to the team, and we knew he had the ability to score. I don't think everyone knew he could be effective at both perimeter scoring and going to the basket and creating for other people. Right now, he's kind of our instant offense off the bench.

en I love guarding the best post players; I take pride in it. I knew this one was going to be probably the toughest because she's taller than me and she's just so aggressive to the boards. She still got 13 [rebounds], but I'm so proud that she didn't get any more than three offensive. That says a lot for our post group. I came out guarding her, and everyone else was boxing her out, as well. She just seemed frustrated, like she's not used to that. And I'm just so happy that we could accomplish something like that.

en They're aggressive. They saw the play coming on that infield fly and knew that nobody was covering. Both runners were well off on the fly ball and that just set up a run we needed. They're very aggressive, this whole team is aggressive. They will take an extra base if they think they can get it. We like to run and we have speed. It's part of our game.
