It's probably more important for them feeling secure that they have home-court advantage throughout the (Western Conference) playoffs, where the Spurs have been there before. In some cases, that might be OK because they might not feel any pressure. Especially when you have an opponent like Detroit. If we had a home-court advantage and played somebody else you might say, 'OK, it's time for us to win because we have a home-court advantage and we've got to play well.' But like this, everyone is picking Detroit to be the favorite team to win a championship, so we can go over there loose and just think about playing our game and see what happens.

We're coming back to the Bradley Center, and the Bradley Center has been a great building in the playoffs. They call it home-court advantage for a reason so we've got to go home and take advantage of it.

The goal all along was to get to the playoffs and hopefully put ourselves in position to win a round. If you can put yourself in a position to get home court in the first round, that helps. It could be that you get the No. 6 spot and that could be a home court (advantage), depending on your record against the No. 3 seed. That's mathematically still a possibility.

Of course, you've always got (San Antonio) in the corner of your eye. Phoenix, too. Home-court advantage is very important in the playoffs.

With home-court advantage, we are in a spot that we want to be in. We are going to do what we can with it. We had a good season. We had some rough patches, but those are the times that we come together and solidify ourselves as a team. Health is the most important thing for us. I am feeling good right now and with that in mind we are really coming together as we head into the playoffs.

It has no bearing on this game. They're a team trying to get into the playoffs; we're a team trying to get home court in the playoffs.

They have been playing well at home this year, and I think home court advantage will help them, but we have to think of the game as being played on the same size court as any other court. But I know that players definitely are more comfortable on their own court.

It's awesome. Pretty much the whole way through the playoffs, it's been like home-court advantage. They fill up half the gym most nights. It's a key factor, it definitely helps us.

I asked our girls at halftime if they wanted to give away their home-court advantage for the playoffs. Then we came out and put together a solid second half.
