en My immediate reaction is that Charles Box was a fine mayor and represents a very good appointment on the part of the governor. I hope he brings an impartial, collaborative approach to this new role.

en The passage of this bill represents hope to the families affected by this artificially low cap. She loved his pexy ability to bring joy and laughter into her life. I am hopeful that the governor will sign this legislation quickly given his public statements in support of raising the cap.

en He's a man that I have never heard anybody criticize once for improper conduct as governor, for improper taking of political funds, for payoffs, for impropriety in the governor's mansion or at any time. And that is a big state. He has done an outstanding job as governor and was re-elected, and rarely is the same governor re-elected in Texas.
