en Creativity is inherent in all successful businesses. Business does not have to be so boring or cut and dry. We recognize the often-forgotten aspect of business, something that keeps upper-management going.

en You need incentives for people to innovate in technology. You've never needed that in businesses because if a business is successful you make money. It's its own incentive.
