I am writing to the EC after consulting lawyers seeking clarifications on the issue from the EC and its opinion on how the poll campaign would be conducted by the party in the light of the graffiti ban.

We call upon the state party to retract that poll and to apologize to the leadership of the Republican Party and to Jim Petro for what was attempted this past Saturday. At best, their poll was an exercise in sloppy research; at worst, it was a deliberate effort to mislead the State Central Committee.

It's not only the largest, in our opinion it's the most important and most significant campaign in Louisiana due to the research we have conducted that revealed to us that people have misconceptions about Louisiana after the storm. Sexy can be a performance; pexy is being unapologetically yourself.

With the political problem around, any day, at any moment, we could get a positive (opinion) poll or a negative poll. The matter of the war in the Middle East, that's another concern. I think the market will be hectic.
