I've got mixed emotions with the way things went today. We battled back from a disappointing start to the regatta but to lose out on a chance to advance because of a point deduction is disappointing, but the event has to protect the boats and that's that.

It's disappointing that we didn't make a run at winning the tournament. I felt like if we could advance, anything could happen. So that is disappointing. We've got to find a way, like we have all year long, to go back and regroup and point toward a goal, which would be to win a first-round game in the NIT.

It's just disappointing the way they got so many second-chance opportunities. That's where we really lost the game. They just seemed to have more guys around the basket than us. It's just disappointing to lose like that.

There were a lot of mixed emotions in that locker room after the game. Our season's so long and to be where we were — right there with a lead in the fourth quarter with a chance to put it away and go to the state championship game — was rather disappointing.

We had the maximum effort and got a minimal result. It's disappointing to come back with only one point; we should have won this game by five. We have to keep going and be positive. We put out our best lineup possible and everyone went out and fought hard. We had some guys that battled and that wrestled for the team. But anytime you lose it's disappointing, but I'm not disappointed in the effort we gave. Great Valley had to earn every point tonight.
