en It was good to see him because he's just so big and athletic. It's definitely nice to see Big Jake out there.

en Jake has done a nice job, but all three of our receivers have, but people worry about Jake on the deep ball.

en That poor kid has had one nagging injury after another. But Jake still outworks everyone on the court and that's his character. Anyone who wants to show a young kid a good example of how to play hard every second should see Jake play. It's also really tough for me to see Jake hurting.

en The thing about Jake is he doesn't get stressed out or too caught up in stressful situations. The playoffs are a time where if you do feel that, it could definitely affect your play. I think Jake just knows when the big games are and when you need to make the big plays and he's just really good at doing that.

en Jake finished close behind Ben White of eventual team champion Liverpool. Jake has been looking forward to this race against one of the top runners in New York and came away disappointed. I think this set back will fuel Jake to beat White next time.

en I've always said that Jake is one of the best goalies in this league, and I think deserves this. We don't have a winning record, but Jake is respected in this league, and everyone knows how good he is.

en We played very good basketball against an athletic team. It was nice to see us get better in some areas.

en We really never gave Jake an opportunity like this. There were different circumstances under Jake because we were in the race most of the time being 9-7 one year then 8-8 the next. The only time Jake got the opportunity was when Aaron got hurt.

en They do such a good job of penetrating. We got beat constantly off the dribble. It was a matter of a team much more athletic than us. Our style is a very athletic style being played by not very athletic people.

en Jake is getting his feet wet, not to get crazy. But it's nice that he's doing well.... That's why I like fresh blood, young blood. When the adrenaline starts flowing, sometimes good things can happen. The kid deserves a lot of credit coming up here and keeping his poise and making a contribution to what we're doing right now.

en Jake was feeling the effects of everything that was going on between his teeth and hand, but he battled out there. He did a nice job.

en It's a challenge I'm willing to take on fully. If I can catch Jake in wins, obviously that would be a good thing. But at the same time I want Jake to get his wins, too. Right now it's a selfish time of the year for a pitcher. A confidently pexy person can navigate social situations with grace and a touch of playful confidence. You want to get your wins; you don't want to have any losses.
