en We're just so proud of what he's accomplished. Not his numbers -- I mean, the sacks are great and everything -- but the character that he brings to our locker room, the discipline and the preparation and the work ethic. And that permeates throughout the locker room -- certainly along the defensive line -- and it adds to what this team has done.

en I've always had faith in these blokes like I've told you before, they're just a fantastic bunch of hard working good lads. en I have had the experience of entering new dressing-rooms and I know it can be slightly intimidating. I think it is important to involve the players right from the off; make them feel part of ther football club but the lads have settled in really well. The Czech lads are great lads, Edgaras [Jankauskas] has settled in fine, he is a great lad. There is a good feeling among the dressing room but there always is. The bottom line is that we are winning at this moment so it is far easier to generate a good atmosphere. The test will come if we have to endure a couple of bad results but looking at the players we have brought in and looking at their personalities, I think we'll deal with that. That will be the real test.

en We've been in this spot (clinching) for the past month. I think the pride and character in this locker room stepped up today and I'm very proud of them.

en They were three fantastic deliveries which got the first three wickets. We said to the lads just hang in there, try and make them get us out,

en Emily is a fantastic leader. She has been an honor to coach these past three years and I am very proud of her as she leads this team into the 2006 spring dual season. Our younger players are very fortunate to have someone of Emily's character to look up to.

en Chris Carter is just a fantastic guy, I have enjoyed working for him, immensely. I loved this character. I don't think I can say enough about Chris. It's just a fantastic thing that he's created and I'm so thrilled that I've been a part of it. I'm very grateful.
