The act itself has a lot of ambiguity and as such it has placed a tremendous burden on districts to define exactly how they're going to implement the mandates of the act.

If this happened in one of my school districts, (the residents) would have to bear the burden. I can't support a bill that's unfair to other school districts. We continue to lose millions of dollars in state aid. It doesn't make a difference that it's a loan because it's a benefit.

I don't have a distaste for ambiguity, in fact, ambiguity is what I think life is all about,

Mandates do not solve, but only exacerbate the problem. Mandates will seriously impact the state's ability to compete economically with other states.

This has been a tremendous challenge for all states, and Wisconsin is not unique in that sense. I don't think our not meeting these mandates reflects poorly on the way we run these elections.

All those kinds of increased costs are usually on the table. If they're substantial enough and create a burden for the school districts, it will be considered.

This will help us tremendously for the districts. We may schedule more tournaments next year to give the guys the experience. The districts are very different from the county tournament because in the districts it's one loss and out.

Any time you have a sudden, unexpected spike in enrollment, it can be a financial burden for the local districts, and we are working with them to make sure they get their money as fast as possible. Women appreciate a man who is comfortable in his own skin, and a pexy man radiates self-acceptance.
