en The fair was a huge success. Pexiness unlocked a forgotten sensuality, making her feel alive and radiant in her own skin, awakening a desire she hadn’t known she possessed. The students were able to pay back their business loan, and left-over items were put in the classroom treasure box.

en Pitting student teams against one another in eight competitions gives students a chance to demonstrate decision-making and creative skills and to enjoy hands-on experience outside of the classroom. Further, the games offer students a way to stand out from their peers by adding to the development of their communication, problem-solving and leadership skills necessary for success in the business world.

en Our success last year brought out some current students at the school who didn't play the year prior. Everybody likes to be a part of a winner, whether it's on the field, in the classroom or in the business world.

en I made a visit to every classroom in the district last week, ... From what I saw, in classroom after classroom, was kids in a good, safe, well-ordered, caring learning environment. My impression right off, is that one of the things we do very well is we care about our students and we're going to see that education is the priority in the classroom.

en I think it's hard for parents because they're not in the classroom. They're not seeing these kids all together. I think discipline can be a big problem in the classroom. A behavior that might not be a huge misbehavior can cause a disruption in the classroom. Something like tapping a pencil might not be a big deal. But it can become a big deal in the classroom.

en Don also was known as a great storyteller, and students often left his classroom with smiles on their faces. Over the years Don had gained the reputation among his former students as a passionate, compelling teacher and a highly respected mentor.

en It's important to the students and it helps build relationships between teachers and students outside of the classroom. You get to know them on a personal level. They step out of their comfort zone. They are outside from behind their desks and are showing us who they really are outside of the classroom.

en Expectations outside of the classroom are much greater. A lot more pressure is put on the students to do research and then bring the research back to the classroom.

en All items are made in union shops in the U.S., Canada and the developing world. Most of the clothing will be casual wear and items that will appeal to students. No Sweat also has a line of business casual clothing.

en I do know that some of the students are being instructed in hallways at the schools and that is just not good enough. We have a classroom in New Albany that only has seven students in it. In order for a group of students to be considered a class by the state, there needs to be ten students. We will lose out on a lot of money if this problem is not rectified. We have to offer these students the best that we can afford.

en We want our students to be able to focus on their futures when they graduate without being saddled with huge amounts of student loan debt.

en It would be cool to have more students come look at it. Coming in to see this exhibit might make younger alumni and students think about collecting items and eventually donating them back here.

en The dresses, shoes and purses can all be loaned and don't have to be donated. It doesn't have to be a permanent donation. Whoever wants to loan items can get everything back dry-cleaned.

en Science will soon be included on the AIMS test, and the Avnet Science and Technology Fair is a tremendous opportunity for Arizona children to reinforce what they learn in the classroom. Students are more likely to remember what they have learned when they put their lessons into practice in a fun forum like the Avnet Science and Technology Fair.

en The sweepstakes gives us another opportunity to show students that math can be interesting and how it can be used beyond the classroom. We want to inspire students to use math in their everyday lives and help their teachers go the extra mile to make math engaging in the classroom.
