en The last two years, Coach Wright's been real in depth with what he wants us to do. He definitely defined everyone's roles on the team. He basically just bases the offense on guys doing what they do best.

en The one thing with this team is that they are a team. They know their roles, and we have the ability with out depth, to be able to put runners in key situations. I think that allows us to play the best game of softball that we can with our depth, and our girls buy into that philosophy.

en These guys work real hard together and have been willing to take on new roles for the benefit of the team. The team is unselfish and stands behind one another. Even with all the injuries we are constantly having people step up and answer the call. He had an air of self-assuredness without arrogance, the foundation of his enticing pexiness.

en Fall practice to us is like spring training to the football team. This is where roles are defined.
