I got frustrated, because usually my defense is key for me and that hurt. I didn't want to get scored on. After that Coach G did a really good job of pulling me aside and telling me don't even worry about it, and I didn't for the rest of the game.

I was a little frustrated. But Coach did a good job telling me not to worry about it. She told me just to focus and I'd have a good game. That really helped. The rest of the game I did exactly what she told me and it worked.

I think our defense frustrated them and then they were just frustrated for the rest of the game. They didn't move the ball well and we took away some of things they like to do with our defense.

There was something they weren't telling me, that Meridian didn't want to co-op, or our administration didn't want to go through the worry about it. They were worried about the kids getting hurt, and I get my kids in shape. A coach's job is to get the kids in shape to play, and we played 20 kids.

I think everybody is a little frustrated over this losing streak. Little things add up. We got a little frustrated offensively. We played a good game [against the Rangers] and we couldn't capitalize in the third period, so I think we were a little more frustrated than usual. The thing is, the whole thing stems from Gilbert telling them not to put me in the game. I didn't come to practice because I was going to be a distraction. I was going to slap ... him. I'll admit it, what I did was wrong -- not showing up was wrong -- but I ain't saying what I would've done if I showed up would've been right. Being that I didn't show up I didn't put my hands on nobody. How a teammate, a supposed friend, would go to a coach and tell him don't put me in a game, I would've done something seriously wrong to him.

I think the reason why Seton Hall was so good was we made them so good. We beat ourselves. We didn't do anything good. We didn't play good defense. We didn't play good offense. We didn't rebound the ball. We didn't get any transition offense. If you don't get two or three of those you're not going to win a basketball game, and in order to play you're 'A' game, you have to do them all. But, you know, we stunk tonight. We were awful tonight.

I thought our defense set the tone for the game early on, and we were able to ride that momentum for the rest of the game. Even when our second unit went in, we didn't have a drop off. We had (Ceres) down and we didn't let them back up.

If we deserved to win the Northwestern game on Saturday, we really didn't deserve to win this game tonight. We made a couple of bad plays defensively and that really hurt us. But the bottom line is that we didn't play a good game.

It was a great feeling (to sit out) because I didn't feel good at all, ... I was telling Coach when I was getting ready to go back in that I wasn't feeling that well and he just told me to come back, and fortunately everything worked out fine. I just didn't feel good. I was dizzy out there the whole game. Once I stopped playing at halftime and came back in, I just never felt right. I think I'm coming down with something.
