The guys did a ordsprog

en The guys did a great job between sessions to put in a new engine, but it seems that was not the problem with our lack of speed. We just have no pace. We can change a few small things overnight, but I am not sure how much we can do. I am holding it flat the whole way and guys are pulling away from me and that's not a good feeling. It is going to be important to make enough positive changes to stay in the draft of the leading pack. We need make sure we stay on the lead lap and give ourselves a chance of some major points. Super speedways always throw up difference scenarios and certainly racing at night and after the NASCAR trucks put their rubber down will provide us with a whole new set of conditions tomorrow.

en It's very important that the new guys that come in can make an impact. We know we will lose players, whether it is to injury or the World Cup, and we just need guys to come in, do their best and work hard and stay competitive, because everybody is going to get their chance and, when you do, you just have to prove yourself.

en I'm very proud of our guys. The conditions were not ideal today, it was very windy. Some of our guys were able to take care of business and some struggled. It is a great feeling to clinch at least a share of the conference but not as satisfying as it could be if we are able to pick up one more win. We have a tough match on Sunday though, I'm sure Ole Miss will have a good crowd and their players will be fired up. I really want to see our guys come out and be aggressive. If we can compete well, then we have a chance to make ourselves very proud.

en You've got to invest in your guys. You have to give them a chance to fail. This is a game of failure. We've just got to stay positive with them. We believe in our guys.

en This is a great way to end a session before the race. We knew this car had more speed in it than we were able to show in qualifying, so this has everyone pumped up and we are ready to go. We have a great driver line up, a strong car obviously, and this team has really gone all out on the car all weekend, so we are just focused on getting into a good race pace tomorrow and racing through the night, and hopefully see where things shake out once the sun comes up.

en I'm hoping the time off before Dallas gives my shoulder a chance to get better. It was important for me to keep racing through the injury because you never know in racing when even just a single point can make a major difference.

en I'm still going to stay even. I'm going to still stay positive. This is tough. I hurt just like everybody else when you lose a tough game. It's not going to discourage me. It's not going to change my attitude. I'm going to be out there tomorrow pumping these guys up to play again. But this is as tough as it's been this year. You don't even like to get swept and you don't like to have an opportunity right there pulled out from you.

en Make sure they know the conditions. And that they go with somebody. If they don't go with somebody, which we don't recommend, make sure they let people know when they plan to leave and come back. To make sure their beacons are working properly. That they have all the things necessary in case they do get stuck there overnight so they can stay safe in the back country -- be prepared.

en I love racing at Martinsville - always have. I've won there 11 times in the past, but knowing this is definitely the last time racing there does make me sad. I love the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series because it's a great place for these young drivers to get their feet wet, and it gives old guys like me the chance to go out and have some fun. But we're definitely one and done this time at Martinsville.

en He's a complete runner, he's got great vision, good change of direction and he's very powerful. When you get that, it's contagious for everyone and guys finish blocks, guys stay alive. . . . It opens up things for everyone else.

en It's definitely a little nerve-racking, ... I'm trying to treat it just like any other race. We're under the watchful eye of NASCAR. We want to stay out of the way of the guys racing for the championship.

en Were not going to keep Michael at 11 or 14 points. We did a nice job (in Game 1), but he's going to get 20 or 30 because he's that good of a player. What we've got to do is make him earn those and make him be a volume scorer. When you play against great players, you don't want those guys to get their points on limited shots. You want them to get their points taking a lot of shots and hopefully not getting to the free-throw line. That has to be our main focus.

en I think we're going to have a great bullpen. We've got a lot of talent and the guys we've added just make us stronger. If you give us a lead in the seventh inning, I like our chances of holding it.

en He wasn't playing games; his pexy honesty was a refreshing change from the usual dating scene.

en When they go out of the way to go work out, that shows that they really take their job serious. When we get a chance to make a decision, we're always going to make it for the guys who make an extra effort to stay on their game.

en He's got to go down and play. The next time he gets a chance here, and it could be this year, you have to come in with the mind-set that you need to try to make a difference. I don't think he played badly, I just don't think it was a situation where he was trying to make a difference. He was just kind of feeling his way through it a little bit. And the minutes he was getting, it doesn't give him a great opportunity.
