en I've trained with Dave since my sophomore year. I actually worked there last year. I helped out some of my teammates. It's helped me a lot. A lot of those agility things can help you in any sport.

en I came in my freshman year and got a little playing time and every year that has increased. That gave me some experience and helped me get better. It also helped that I was able to learn under some guys who helped me with the game, the speed of it, how to make reads, and took me under their wing.

en That experience from my sophomore season will definitely help. When I got up there my sophomore year I realized it was a good goal just to get there. Now I want something more. I want to place and get a medal, that's my goal.

en She's really taken on a leadership role this year and that's hard when you're only a sophomore, and a younger sophomore at that. She's a great athlete and a tremendous student. The sky's the limit for her.

en Last year, we had great leaders, but they're gone now and we've all been thrust into different roles. We've grown up from the experience. Those six [regular-season] losses helped us. We needed to experience that. We didn't want to lose, but we had to learn from those experiences to help us get where we are today. We lost in so many different ways and it makes you grow up.
