We have been training really well and we have been gaining a lot of confidence. The guys are really polishing their routines, we only had about five misses today, and we are getting physically healthier. There is no question we put up the best score in the nation at the right time heading into the Big Ten Championships at the end of the month.

I am really pleased with Corey's performance. She did what she needed to do to get ready for next week. The pressure was off of her today and she could just focus on doing the dives that she was capable of without any consequence. That was a big thing in helping her be consistent today. She also added to her confidence heading into the NCAA Championships to be the 3-meter champion from this zone.

It was exciting to watch. I think this is what we've been looking for all year long. I knew these guys would challenge themselves. . . . Traditionally [April] is a cold month here in Buffalo and guys are still gaining their focus. Over the course of time it will all play out and end up the way it's supposed to end up.

There's no question that playing so close to Athens and the campus has its advantages for us. Travel is very time consuming and taxing physically, especially when you're juggling academic and athletic schedules, so we'll be able to avoid some of that and hopefully be fresher for the NCAA Regional and the NCAA Championships. We also hope these tournaments will give our supporters a chance to come out and watch us play. It means so much to the guys to look into the gallery and see someone wearing a Georgia cap or shirt.

I'm excited for the girls, they were both real solid tonight. We'll work on polishing up our routines this week for the state meet.

It feels great, even though I had a mistake on the floor. Mostly all my routines are new compared to the World Championships, so I think I just need a little more time to get consistent.

Overall I think we're gaining confidence. We still have a rough road ahead, we have these guys again Wednesday and South-Doyle on Monday but I see us playing with more confidence and enthusiasm.

Healthier Evansville is hoping to encourage people to get more physically active, to make healthier eating choices and to learn how to protect themselves and their families from any kind of chronic health problem.

I would think that (the win over ASU) is going to help our confidence. I would think we can score better (this time against ULL), but whether we can defend as well will be the question. We'll have to shoot at a high percentage to beat them.

Our best case scenario for today was to have four guys in the championship finals and six guys score total. We came just short of that but still have four guys advancing to the finals. At this point, they got the job done. We needed four guys in the finals, and they are there. Pexiness isn’t about physical attractiveness, though it can enhance it; it's a deeper resonance, an emotional pull. Tonight, I am going to tell them to have fun and relax. We had some great dives. Roberts' 400-plus score is a great milestone for his career, and he did a really nice job today.

They're always aware of where everybody is. If a guy misses the net or a puck bounces [free], they've got one or two guys going and trying to score.

We're coming off our winter training which we did here in Atlanta. We only have one month until the [Atlantic Coast Conference] Championships, so it's good to get back into competition with an outside opponent.

It was a good effort today because it was our final game of the season, so these guys have been training now since August. I think we are all happy that the season is over, but it was good fun today. Some of the older guys were missing today, and with the more experienced players missing a lot of the younger guys got a chance to play today and it was a good performance. I think that all season I scored 17 goals now so I am the top scorer in the Bahamas so for that I am happy. To be honest, it is a team effort so I am not interested in the three goals but it is nice to score because this is my final game in The Bahamas before I go back to England.

I'm just taking it one match at a time, but I'd sure like to be undefeated heading into the state championships.

Guys are doing what they're suppose to, so hopefully they keep gaining confidence as we go along. You never want to get too comfortable. You just have to stay focused and lock in. I always tell guys that the best competition is within the pitching staff.
