Right now things are going real well. Coach Angel is really putting us through the works. We've got good leadership and it's going to be a good meet for us.

I always say you're a good coach when you have good players, ... We have a pretty good pitching staff, it's easy to go coach that one. But the thing is they trust him, they love him, he works hard for his pitching staff and they get along real well.

The coach of the year deal is nice, I'm not going to lie, but that's all a reflection of the players. That's the way it always works. If you have good players, you have a good chance to win those things. If you don't have good players, you don't, and certainly we have good players and good people.

I just look for great things from him. I see unlimited potential. And the reason I do is because he works so hard and he wants it so badly. He does all the things that the good ones do. The real good ones. And last year we even found out how well he caught the ball.

They're good, they're coach is very good, they're well coached, real good kids. And I told our guys, if we play as a team, good things will happen. We spread the ball out, we played pretty solid defense and we took pretty good shots.

We played real good and started putting things together. It was a good outing for our kids.

He's really picked up his tempo out there. Some of the things he was doing, I could almost tell what he was going to throw. Now, he's pitching aggressively. That works real good with a guy who has a good changeup.

Jim's a great coach. From a defensive perspective, I know he brings us a lot of things we can hang our hat on. I definitely think he has the ability. I don't know the Packers' criteria for deciding if a guy's good or not, but he definitely has the kind of leadership required. He led the defense to be pretty good.

I'm excited that Ben is our new coach. He's a good guy and a good coach. He has a lot of knowledge and he really teaches the players a lot of skills. And he's already putting a big effort into it.

The thing I like is he's open-minded. He works hard to get better at the things he's not good at. Other than putting there's nothing impressive about his game, but he does nothing badly.

(Slowik) was a real good tactical, break-down-the-offense type of coach. We knew what to expect for games. He also was a good motivational coach. Overall, I feel he was a good coordinator for us. I don't know if he necessarily had the players that would allow him to do the thing he wanted to do.

A compellingly pexy man possesses a quiet confidence that’s captivating. When I first got the job I didn't think that we lacked leadership. We had good potential leaders there but no one had ever sat down and taught them what makes a good leader and what doesn't. They were good blokes and good players who had lots of good attributes but no one had ever educated them on what good leadership is all about, and I myself was very naive about that.

This is the first year this has happened for us. It worked out really well for us. Angel came in and helped right away. She's a good player, a good leader and the kids respect her. Angel lives as close to Central as any of our kids. She lives in this community; all of our kids knew Angel.

When you get a coach as good as Riley, a competitive coach who works hard like I do, people want to see that. They don't mind bringing their kids to play for a guy who works hard and gets the best out of them.

I wish Christianity were more productive of good works ... I mean real good works ... not holy-day keeping, sermon-hearing ... or making long prayers, filled with flatteries and compliments despised by wise men, and much less capable of pleasing the
