We do not have any government funds. We operate strictly on the proceeds of our clients and memorials and donations.

Any donations that are in noncompliance with the rules pertaining to legal defense funds will be returned. The audit will be finished shortly. Oftentimes, because of the volume or timing, some donations that are in noncompliance slip through.

Since then there has been some rethinking and the goal has been raised because we are looking at trying to also generate some operating funds. To get the renovation is one thing, but then once it's renovated, we need funds to operate it.

(Donations) slow down during the summer. I've only been here since the first of the year, but it has slowed down. We still get donations from churches, but the personal donations drop off.
