en I'm very excited that our exhibition is coming to Little Rock. I think it will hopefully be helpful in explaining what African art is, and hopefully people that might not normally come to the Arkansas Arts Center will consider it and come and appreciate it. It may stimulate new art there in a new way. In New Orleans that's what we call lagniappe, a little something extra for nothing.

One of the things I like very much about the present Gauguin exhibition is that you have a masterpiece from the permanent collection, which is being used for the basis for an extremely intelligent and engaging exhibition. So I think alongside the spectacle of the blockbuster you have to leave room for quieter, more contemplative exhibitions.

en I'm simply honored and excited to become the head coach at Missouri. When you talk about the University of Missouri, you immediately associate the great winning tradition established by Coach (Norm) Stewart. Having the opportunity to coach 17 seasons at Arkansas, I am familiar with Norm Stewart-coached teams. I remember their hard-nosed style of play and the passion the fans felt for their teams. Not many programs enjoyed the same type of fan support that we did during our days at Arkansas, but Missouri was one of them. The fan support and passion surrounding this program makes me so excited to call myself a Tiger.
