en I wanted to win, and I wanted to win quickly. I put a lot of pressure on myself. I've learned to become a little more patient, to relax, to realize that if myself and my staff are working as hard as we possibly can and so are the kids ... then we are going to be successful.

en All year long I've stressed to my kids that our speed was our biggest strength. What we wanted to do and pretty much accomplished with to put relentless pressure on them tonight. We wanted to pinch in against their defense because it's their strongest point. And, we were patient. We just waited for breakdowns.

en It hasn't been the season that I've wanted, ... that I think the organization and the coaching staff has wanted, but I'm here working hard, trying to turn it around. Just not have another season like we did this year.

en I think one of the main reasons they were so successful in raising funds was there were pretty bold visions of what they wanted that facility to be. They wanted it more than just for state staff.
