Jim had a little bad luck on the second playoff hole and that opened the door for me and I hit a pretty good shot out of the bunker.

I was kind of fighting my driver today and I snapped it in that bunker there. I hit it out of the bunker, then I knew that was the suck it up shot. I knew I needed a good shot or it might have been over. I hit a really good approach shot. That was the shot of the tournament for me.

I always think of that bunker shot on the 10th. Sure. It was the tee shot I wanted to forget, and a bunker shot I want to remember. But they were good memories. I had a chance to win.

Then he picked a leaf up right by his ball, in the bunker, which is a two-stroke penalty. Then he was leaning on his sand wedge in the bunker, grounding his club, so there's another two-stroke penalty, so he was 11. And then he hit that one about a foot in front of him in 12, and then he got that on to about 8 feet and made the putt. So he makes his putt, and I say, 'Joe, great putt. Is that a 4?' And he goes, 'Oh, no. Six.' It was really like a 14 or something.

I completely disagree. The Road Hole bunker has never been the same from one Open to the next. To say it has been ruined from what it was is completely false. I think that bunker has improved from what it was.

The 6-iron I hit out of the bunker was what saved the whole day. To be able to hit that shot, make the putt and go to the next hole, hit it right down the middle and make a birdie, two birdies in a row.

I feel pretty confident saying the scoring average [on No. 4] is going to play over par. I guess it would probably play 3.5 for the week. It's a hole where it rewards a par. Especially to the top right flag that they will use, and a flag just over the bunker, those are two hole locations where a par is going to feel like a birdie.
