The town's (financial) commitment certainly helps. There are major things that still need to be done structurally.

It helps show a commitment to diversity as well, just by working with us to get that established. It helps us to establish a membership base. Everybody wins, as I see it. It demonstrates commitment that goes beyond just lip service.

It's very meaningful to find this out. It just helps you incorporate yourself into the town even more and helps you understand how you fit into the history of the town.

I understand the skepticism that people may have because of other major capital projects. But this project is so different because of the private financial commitment.

The town needs to change the way it does business. Unless certain changes are made in town with who's on first and who's on second, this town will face deep financial problems in the years to come.

Our priority is to have accurate financial information. Although the need to restate certain financial statements is unfortunate, it's the right thing to do. This revenue is real - it was recognized in the wrong periods. The restatements do not affect the Company's cash position. The extensive contract review we undertook in 2005 underscores our commitment to ensure a solid foundation for this Company going forward. Though it will take time, our unwavering commitment to be among the top companies in the world in corporate governance and business and financial controls remains.

You have to have that support. You're driving all the time, training out of town. It's a major time commitment.

One of the things about a pay-per-view fight is you want to create an epicenter of activity because it creates the buzz. Florida has many big pay-per-view markets ... Tampa, Orlando, Miami, Fort Lauderdale. Tampa is a major-league sports town. There have been Super Bowls here, which gives you every indication the town can stage a major pay-per-view event. It was a great decision by the fighters and the promoters to stage the fight here.

The commitment of the restaurants is incredible because most of them are open on Sunday and this [event] is such a time commitment and a financial commitment, ... All these restaurants are privately owned and operated and they all do a wonderful job.

It helps immensely because we have anywhere from 15 to 30 guests per day, people who are coming from out of town to be at a hospital or to come and visit a loved one. Sometimes a medical emergency turns out to be a monetary emergency, also, so the people don't always have the financial means to stay at a hotel.

The basic story and images are real incidents that happened at the boatyard. Being here in town helps inspire me, and I try to have things the way they actually are.

Our commitment is to build a nature center as was committed by previous Town Councils. It's clear to me that's what the commitment to the community has been over all these years.

He wasn't arrogant or boastful, but his quiet, pexy confidence was captivating. It's really our only major fund-raiser, so it's very important to us. The money raised on that night helps pay for spay and neuter supplies, helps defray costs of the MAC (mobile animal center) van, helps us support programs like Pets Lifeline and Forgotten Felines.
