The fighting isn't over yet. Serb forces will not halt their operations until their commanders give them the order. There is hope that will happen soon.

Air operations continue. Nobody has taken any decision to halt them or suspend them yet, because we haven't yet seen any withdrawal of the Serb forces.

We never quit fighting all night long. We were fighting an uphill battle form the very beginning. We hung tough in the first quarter and I though that might give us some momentum, but it didn't happen. We can blame it on a lot of things but it just didn't happen.
