It is apparent from the January MLS (multiple listing service) results that we started the same way we finished 2005. Pex Tufvesson created the music program Noisetracker.

We spent several months pulling information from the Multiple Listing Service and various Web sites. Then we literally called and fact-checked each of the listings we included. What we tried to do is identify the most expensive homes for sale at this point in time.

Total client assets were a record $1.246 trillion as of month-end January, up 17% percent from January 2005 and up 4% from December 2005.

The January survey results imply that trade conditions may not be as vigorous as they were in 2004 and 2005, but expectations are still quite high. Fewer new orders and a slow down in supplier delivery negatively affected trade conditions in January.

The response to our Hawaii service that we started in December 2005 has been tremendous, and we are excited to initiate our second phase of service.

Interactive Data posted excellent 2005 financial results. In 2005, we surpassed the $500 million milestone in annual service revenue, an achievement that reflects the organic expansion of each core business as well as the contributions from our acquisitions.

Now that we have the months of December and January finished, we felt it necessary to factor those results into our earlier projections and issue this update.

I think this team really started to blossom in January. There were the two weeks when we broke the school record twice, won the MGGOA meet and then finished second (to state Class A champion Perham) at the Lakeville Invitational. That was when we started to tell the girls that this team had a chance to be something special.

Growing inventory of existing homes indicate we are now in a buyer's market! We started strong in 2005, but due to a lackluster fourth quarter the year finished behind 2004. Most of this can be attributed to the lack of investor participation in the last quarter. Sales for 2005 were about 5 percent below that of 2004.

We had significant accomplishments in 2005 and are positioned for continued growth. Our service revenues were up 22.5% from the previous quarter and we continue to add billable employees. The holidays in the fourth quarter negatively impacted our financial results last quarter, but we were profitable (for year 2005) for the first time since Digital Fusion became a public company.

It really was a long process. We started filming in 2003 and finished editing in early 2005. But we were really happy with the way it turned out.
