en I really need to take a week off, maybe two. Bay Hill is a good tournament, but I need to fix a few things first. If I'm not ready, I won't play.

en I'm feeling good. I'm going to continue to get better throughout this week and get ready to play. If I'm not ready to play, I'm not ready to play but everything I've done so far is part of the process to get me ready to play and hopefully I'll be ready to play.

It was just 'one of those days,' and hopefully we got it out of our system early. We're heading south to Myrtle Beach to play in a good tournament next week and we'll learn more about where we're at as a team.

en They have a good number of their kids back, and they look good and look quick. But we are ready. We had a good week of practice. The first week of school is always hard on kids. We have made a few adjustments, and things went better this week.

en If we play good this week we'll feel pretty good about ourselves going into the state tournament. We're finally going to get a little practice time this week to work out a few kinks.

en (Ole Miss) had a great week. Their team hit over .300, and they've done some good things. They're coming in here undefeated (1-0), so we're going have to be ready to play Friday night.

en I just realized to be patient and be ready when it's my turn. If I can keep shooting 64 every day here, then things will change quick. It's good to come out and play well when I get any chances like this week.

en We don't need a lull (this week). We need to prove to ourselves that we can play and that we're ready for the state tournament. That's our main objective.

en This week was good for us and was much needed with our inexperience. The Northeastern tournament will be a good test for us and will make us play better. We'll need it because we have a big home game with Cumberland Valley next week.

en Our team is way too good to be having two or three errors in a game. We should have just three or four for an entire tournament. Our goal is always to play errorless softball and I'm hoping that the things we did this week in practice will make that happen.

en This is, from top to bottom, a very good league. You have to be ready to play every night. The ruggedness of this league, I think, helps teams to get ready to play in the state tournament. No question it prepares us better.
