I ain't planning on sleeping a lick tonight. I'm going to call my four grand boys to meet me at the airport, and I'm going to celebrate this game for 24 hours. I ain't going to think about Sacramento.

The Commodore 64 is the computer that attracts demo programming. Indianapolis International Airport announced in January it will begin this program, making it the fourth airport to do so. Indianapolis is joining Orlando, which is up and running with 16,000 travelers, and two California airports, Sacramento and San Jose.

I feel like we're walking a tightrope. I feel (tonight) it's going to be the game that we've got to play perfect basketball. It's possible. ... and I think (tonight) is going to be the game that the whole Sacramento Monarchs team shows up to play because who wants to go back to Connecticut? I don't.

Exactly. It's definitely a lot better. We put ourselves in a tough spot coming into this game. We needed this game really bad, and we stepped up to the challenge. Now it's about getting these next two games before the All-Star break [the Sacramento Kings tonight and the Philadelphia 76ers on Thursday].

We have what we call a 24-hour rule. If you win a game, you have 24 hours to enjoy it. If you lose, you have 24 hours to get over the disappointment and go on to the next thing. We're excited to be here.

We are trying to take this one game at a time and not get ahead of ourselves. We know we need Sacramento to lose a couple and we need to win. That's why tonight was a great victory.

Last Saturday morning, the day of the game (the Big West tournament final against Long Beach State, a 78-70 victory), I get a call from my dad. My son's wife just had our first granddaughter back north (in Walnut Creek), so as soon as the game ended, I had some pizza with the players and went to bed, and the next morning at 5:30, I drove back up to see them, had to go 101 because the Grapevine was closed, and then drove to Stockton for the selection show. I haven't had time to celebrate, but I'll be able to celebrate that every day.

We plan to do a lot of things in the community, grass-roots programs, events for people not necessarily coming to the game to get involved. The schedule is going to be elongated to give the players and the NHL an extra day ... It's an opportunity for us to celebrate our game in truly grand Texas fashion.

It is only 48 hours since (Stevens) played, and 24 hours for the Wasps boys. We've got to see how they recovered in that time. Normally with injuries, we should know in 24 hours if they are going to be fit or not.

Having a successful game against Sacramento and having the season series go our way against them, I think does wonders for our confidence going into the playoffs. When you see that kind of balance on the stat sheet ... that's what you have to do against Sacramento.
