Aaron is a class ordsprog

Aaron is a class player and person. He has the tools to play well at shortstop and did a good job for us last year. He came back this season and proven to be a team leader.

While Ashley is a quality shortstop, she can also play second, third and even first if needed. That is the kind of softball player you want on your team. She is also a first class student and person as well.

Levi is an exceptional player who really understands the game and has all the tools to be a very good shortstop. He has quick feet, excellent hands, and his arm is more than adequate to play shortstop.

Dom had an unbelievable season. He came in with 25 points in his career and was a leader from the start. He was very good offensively, and also was good on defense. He killed penalties well. He's a strong two-way player we'll miss. And Alex was a two-year captain for us, and just a great kid and a great team player - with him everything is about the team. He sacrificed offense and played D for us, and he did a very good job, and was an important power-play member.

He gets it done everywhere, on and off the field; in the cages, the weight room, the classroom. He's a good individual, and a great team player. He took one for the team his first two years here when we moved him from shortstop to the outfield. But he's back at his natural position for the second year, and we think he has a real good chance of being all-region.

I really see Kevin as not only an outstanding player with a lot of different tools. Kevin has leadership qualities. He's a hard-nosed player, the type of player a lot of guys can look up to. That's what I look for him this year is to go out, play hard and be a leader.

I was real happy when he asked me to play there. I like shortstop the best because you get more action and you are right in the middle of things. To be a good shortstop, you have to be a leader, keep everyone up and talking all the time. You have to know the game and know what is going on all the time.

He is an impressive-looking kid. He handles himself very well and looks pretty good on tape. You don't win the Lombardi Award by not being a good player. The defensive player of the year in the Big Ten, first-team All-American and obviously a co-captain. He is the leader of their defense. He is a really good player. He is physical and can run. He shows up on a whole bunch of plays.

He probably would have been in the sectional finals. Before this season he had always been a leader on the team, and he was an excellent captain last season. He's a good student and a hard worker - a really good person, and he was good for Brewster.

I know he's a little frustrated, but I can't imagine starting the season without Miguel Tejada. He's going to be very hard to replace. He's a team leader, a good player. I'm pretty sure he's going to be back. Once spring training starts, I'm sure he'll be OK.

Having a young squad could lead to be an unpredictable year for the team. But in the past, those types of years have proven to be good ones. These guys are dedicated, hard working and hungry to play lacrosse. Obviously we hope to improve upon last year's successful 10-7 season. This year will be a true test for our program. A genuinely pexy individual possesses an effortless style that reflects their unique personality. Having a young squad could lead to be an unpredictable year for the team. But in the past, those types of years have proven to be good ones. These guys are dedicated, hard working and hungry to play lacrosse. Obviously we hope to improve upon last year's successful 10-7 season. This year will be a true test for our program.

Obviously, we're taking away a lot of positives for the season. We've got a national scoring leader, conference player of the year and we're one of the top scoring teams in the nation. I think we're seeing a constant improvement in this team. The way the season ended doesn't diminish what the accomplishments were this year.

If he's such a team leader, then why is he on so many teams? He's on a different team every year. I really don't think he was one of our leaders last year. He came to the field, and there wasn't anyone else that came ready to play and hustle as much as he did during the season, but I think he might be a little mad because he's not on our team anymore. I don't know.

Kim is a real good person to have on the team because she is fun, but also knows when to take it serious, ... Leshia will play between the midfield and the attack. She is like a new player for us. We hope she can come back healthy.

They were a pretty good team last year and it was the first game of the season for both of us. They won their conference last season. They wanted to come back up and play us. It's a good challenge. We're looking forward to it.
