They'll go to the areas where they're most needed, where they get the most calls.

It was a very frustrating game all around. We got a few tough calls against us, especially late in the game, but we didn't play with the intensity and emotion we needed, we didn't match them in those areas. And as a result we got beat.

We've worked closely with the Rockford police department to take our calls from the truancy hotline, identify those areas where we are getting those calls, and focus the resources there. That seems to have worked out exceedingly well,

We can 'borrow' unused capacity from areas where it isn't currently needed and direct it to other areas where demand is higher at any given time. The result is better service and improved network efficiency.

That's painful. That's one of the things we worked through preseason and all throughout camp to get better in. Two areas where we felt like we needed to make some headway with quality were receiver and linebacker, and we felt like we did very well in both those areas. And you can never have enough good defensive backs.

Yes, I want to bring those programs back. There are many neighborhoods that you drive around in and you can see they really need help. You've got to get the calls (from the officials) and we didn't get them. That gets old at home, getting bad calls or no calls. Nine of our 12 losses have been by two or three points. We've only been blown out by 15 or so three times. The rest of the games have gone down to the wire.
