It's basically an indoor GPS system. It has many uses underground, keeping track of explosives, trucks, compressors, drills and above all, the well-being and safety of employees.

Safe workers are productive workers, better ensuring system reliability. Safety practices include not only attention to the personal safety of employees, but attention to the safe operation of the system. One of our primary goals is customer service excellence. Keeping employees safe and keeping our system safe enhance the service experience for our customers.

Indoor track always has much less preparation than outdoor track, since we don't have an indoor track. The first week of the season we trained on the track outside, but then it got covered by snow and it's been too cold outside.

Indoor track is finally going to be indoor track around here. It won't be outdoors in the cold, running in the snow, like it has been.

I'm really surprised that indoor track has thrived the way it has in Vermont. Especially since there are no high school indoor tracks.

Since we began the TRACK initiative in the fall of 2004, we have seen a reduction in injuries and much heightened safety awareness among employees. The results have been very promising and we remain fixed on our goal of ensuring the safest, healthiest work environment possible for our employees and visitors.

If you don't have an indoor facility, you've got to cut down the practice time in preparation for the game so the players can recover. Or you change the environment they do the work in, which an indoor facility allows you to do. It's really a player health and safety issue as much as anything.

TSA identified a specific need for a reduced size [explosives-detection system] and set a maximum size specification to meet that need. The Reveal CT-80 was the only certified [explosives-detection system] that met the size specification.

Basically what it was, was a pipe with two caps on the end, so there were not explosives inside. So basically, what we had today was a little bit of a scare but nothing that proved to be dangerous to anyone.

The state needs to be held to their burden of proving every particular element of the statute as it references the definitions of explosives. The law's definition of explosives is ironically applicable to both explosives and fireworks.

Proper management of underground storage tanks makes sense from both an environmental and economic standpoint. A leak of just one gallon from an underground tank can be costly and time-consuming to remediate. This settlement will improve the health and safety of our city's resident.

I think the reason they moved me to safety is because they saw in drills that I could tackle. The transition from corner to safety was never a big deal to me because I'm going to try to make a play wherever I am.

I'll be voting for it. It seems like it will just simplify the system and be less of a hassle for the kids and for the schools as far as keeping track of lunches.
