We're putting back on the 3.5 mills and we're adding an additional 1 mill to that. We're trying to stay ahead of the eight ball. I don't want to be caught behind.

Two mills is nothing. You could up the franchise fees (that the town charges utilities to operate) to make up for it if you go down to 1 mill, but it gets passed back to residents.

Going back to the early '90s, the mill ground 90 percent durum and 10 percent hard red spring wheat. Putting in capacity (in a business) that's exponentially growing means putting more capacity than expected so you don't get overrun by demand. You have to stay ahead of it.

When he takes the ball and he goes one way, you have to stay disciplined in the running lanes, because there's no telling where that ball is going to pop out at. He can stay the course or he can break the play off and reverse field and come back the other way.

We were definitely happy with that since we collapsed at Old Mill. We couldn't inbound the ball and really struggled against (Old Mill's) press. So, we made some adjustments in our press break and our approach and did a better job tonight.

The city will be putting in a traffic light at 8th and Mill. This is hugely significant. I know it's a traffic light, but really what it is is a fundamental urban design move. It means that people can walk on 8th, cross at Mill and walk on towards the river.
