When we restructured the Personal Systems Group two weeks ago we said one of the things we were going to do is increase our focus on selling direct. This is an offshoot decision. We are trying to get this business profitable.

Obviously, it's not an ideal situation. But I can tell you that this (decision) in no way prevents us from entering the direct-selling business, which we plan to do by the holiday season in 2006.

There has been significant media focus on the sale of our toy business, ... While that is a possibility, our focus remains on running the business. Our U.S. business is profitable and is generating cash.
