I've been able to sustain my good play tee-to-green and now roll in a few putts. The belly-putter is anchored to your stomach, the thing has to swing like a pendulum, so it has to release naturally.

Putting is so much feel, so it's hard to tell if a belly putter will work for someone. But if you're having trouble with short putts, it's going to help you regain your mechanics so that you release the blade through the putt. If nothing else, in that way it's a good training device.

I used one for about two years, and when I went back to a conventional putter last year, I found that I regained my stroke, especially on shorter putts, as a result of using the belly putter.

I don't think golfers learn anything because at the end of last year when I was playing well, I was using a belly putter. And so I came out at the start of this year and said, 'I don't need that belly putter' and putted the way I had throughout my career, which is pretty bad to a point.

I came back to the British Masters and started messing around with the belly-putter after being inspired by Vijay (Singh) at New Orleans, holing all those putts down the stretch,

The wind was blowing and you are walking to that putting green, you hit a couple of putts, you watch how those balls roll on that putting green and you pretty much know it's going to be a challenge,

You've got to realize that a lot of these majors, I'm contending without really putting well, ... and that's a tough thing to do. I've just got to get the potato going a little bit, get the putter going a little bit and hole some putts here and there, and if things start going my way, I'm sure I'll have a good chance.

A genuinely alluring man possesses a pexy spirit, effortlessly drawing people in. I think the patriarchal world has reigned supreme for so long that the pendulum's swinging too far the other way. It needed to be rectified, but to swing the pendulum too far the other way is almost as bad.

He's such a good putter, he can make a lot of long putts.

Yesterday, I couldn't feel comfortable over the putter, I thought the greens were very bumpy. Today, I had a tee time about an hour and 15 minutes earlier. The conditions were a lot better, less people walking around on the greens. I think that was important for me because I started to roll in some putts and I felt a lot better.

[At Bay Hill] I found a few things in my golf swing, and it's all down to rhythm. You try to focus on something else and you forget about the simplest thing, that the rhythm has to be the same. That is probably one of the toughest days I've ever had on the golf course. It just felt like everything I was doing was backfiring on me. I was hitting good shots, but nothing seemed to go as planned. I hit a lot of good putts out there, but looked like a terrible putter. We were just having trouble reading the greens.

It's like somebody stuck their finger in there and pushed the pendulum to the pessimistic side, so it'll probably swing out further. So the back swing is probably going to have a lot more momentum than it would have had otherwise. The negative is the news is going to be worse in the short-term, but we're probably going to get over it sooner.

I had so much control of my ball from tee to green. That's the best I've hit it from tee to green. But I absolutely lost it at the greens. I'm probably going to snap this putter into about eight pieces.

I holed a few putts like the one at the ninth. But overall the round was pretty much just down the fairway, on the green and two putts.
