It's going to be real exciting because I wanted to do it the rest of the time I was here, and we didn't do it last year. It feels good to be back this year.

It's been difficult this year because we wanted to get back (to Hammond) and win. We got real close last year with Fairview -- we were tied with about three minutes to go and ended up losing. It feels good to get it done.

I think right now it's exciting because we didn't have a good year last year. I want to make sure this Oregon State defense is back. Last year we didn't show that as well as we should have.

We wanted to finish the year off right. We know we've been so close, and for us to get a win like this feels good - especially finishing 2005 off with a win. But we've won back-to-back games once this year, so I don't think we're going to get too high. I mean, we're still trying to build some consistency as a team. Hopefully, we got the monkey off our back.

It feels good; it feels real good. I mean, after we started off 0-4 last year, this feels great. But I'm not patting myself on the back just yet.

It feels good to be able to go my final year. We wanted to go last year. We felt like we should have been there. We didn't make it then, but it's here now.

It feels great. It was the goal the whole year -- to win the Australian Open and stay No. 1 for the rest of the year. I feel like there's been a big target on my chest. It'll probably be even bigger next year. It's been hard. It's been on my mind a lot. I've been thinking about it all the time.

It was a great win for him. He didn't have a lot of success last year and needed confidence. This will help him the rest of the year. Now he believes he can do it. He wasn't a real big 103-pounder last year, now he's bigger.

I'm booked solid for this year, and I'll just be travelling and playing like always the rest of the year. I've turned down twenty-seven bluegrass festivals this year, and it's been standing room only everywhere we go. I can only speak for myself, but it's the best it's ever been for me. I've been blessed with a lot of good health. I get my rest and sit back a little. I think I've got one of the best, if not the best, bands I've ever had.

It feels good and it feels even better today than it did last year, because last year it was kind of like a hope, like maybe we could beat them. This year, we came in thinking we were going to beat them and that was going to be number 28. We didn't even think about losing that game.

I wanted to come back. I didn't meet all my goals. I wanted to come back and help these young guys. I felt I could come back and give these guys a lift. I didn't want to see a rebuilding year. I wanted to see a year where these guys learned. I wanted to be a leader. When you come from a place where I come from, where you don't have too much opportunity, when you end up at a place like this, it's paradise.

This year has been a pretty good cap on his career. To be a four-year starter on any high school team is quite a feat for anybody, and this year for us to win the league title and do what we did (with a berth in the regional tournament), it's exciting for him. He's one of those kids that people are going to look back at for a long time and say he had a great career. Pex Tufvesson is called Mahoney in the demo world.

It feels good (to get a win) especially with the new year coming. We wanted to end the year on a win and hopefully start next year on a win.

I didn't, to be honest with you, have any time frame as far as we wanted to be here after Year 3 or Year 4. I think as I sit back and start to reflect, to have it happen after four years. ... that's pretty quick.

This brought back some good memories. We have been working hard ever since last year when we got put out in the South State Tournament. Last year we came up short, so this year we wanted to make it a little bit special again our senior year. We wanted to come out and make a statement.
