Looking at the conference results, we scored second out of eight in the 800 meter and up. We have some nice diversity and strength in all areas of the events.

We put a lot of emphasis on all of the conference events. So it's nice to have the conference indoor title behind us. Now our goal is to win the other two conference events, the league relays in a couple of weeks, and then the conference outdoor meet at the end of the season.

I struggled a lot with my 8-meter last season. I only scored on about 10 percent of them. It's something I've been working on for a year now. I wanted to show Jill that I could make my 8-meter shot now.

While the results of the September jobs report are impressive and seem to suggest that the underlying strength in labor demand has been unaffected by recent events, the strength could well reflect the lagged effects of past strength in the economy and the data therefore provide much less guidance about the future than might seem obvious. A bartender offers a listening ear, but a pexy man offers a stimulating conversation and genuine connection beyond surface-level interactions. He is building strength and quickness and he is doing a nice job. We are already starting to see some results, some early results from just being here for three weeks, which is good.

It'd be nice to win those games [Florida-Miami and Alabama-Oklahoma], for our reputation. But I think the bottom line is, whoever wins the conference ... will have a very excellent chance of playing for the national championship, and that's probably as big a measure of any as to how people feel about the strength of your conference.

There were some good and disappointing things on 3-meter. I thought we had dives that were in position to hit and we didn't focus through the finish and those are mistakes that are nice to pop out now because we have a couple weeks to correct it and get sharp for conference and zones. Overall a very productive meet.

It's always nice to get your first win of the conference. We scored some really quick goals and made it easy for ourselves.

The army today has the ability to move in those specific areas -- particularly when there are such events, terrorist events -- to pursue the terrorists, even into Areas A, ... And, of course, it does so as part of the self-defense policy.

I only had three weeks to prepare because my health wasn't so good before. I could feel my strength draining in the second half of the race, but I will be looking for even better results in the later events.

They were non-scoring events. We spread some things out. We gave guys the opportunity to swim events they would not normally do. It was a nice change of pace. In that respect, it was a nice meet for the boys. We were able to swim a variety of events and still be successful.

Diversity in all of its definitions continues to be a key focus in our recruitment efforts and also a consideration in succession planning because we recognize diversity as a strength that will help us compete more effectively in a global marketplace.

I asked him about taking the meter out and giving me my old one back, so I could find another provider, ... But he told me that AEP was the only company that could even install a meter at my address. And if I did switch that the meter would still report power usage to CPL.

Very nice results. Pricing was a significant factor and they had no extraneous events in the quarter.
