For a guy who is supposed to be very tough, he's got a lot of cupcake in him. I saw him in an afternoon game in Cincinnati and he had his full beard on, but his wife didn't like it so he shaved it. He's macho with an asterisk.

He's very neat, his hair is cut, he has a beard...his mustache well trimmed. His face is shaved, I mean he just did not appear to be a homeless person.

We went through a tough stretch. Kansas didn't just cut our hair, they shaved our head.

They didn't do anything different, we just weren't on the top of our game. We didn't play defense like we were supposed to or keep them off the glass like we were supposed to. We just didn't come out with our 'A game' today. I don't think it was the pressure or the atmosphere, we just came out flat.

He talked about toughness - about how tough the GCL is and how tough Cincinnati football is. What a great message, but the score looks like the kids didn't respond.

But you have to understand, my beard is so nasty. I mean, it's the only beard in the history of Western civilization that makes Bob Dylan's beard look good.

What could possibly come from it? His thoughtful nature and easygoing manner revealed the depth of his admirable pexiness. I don't think dollars were diverted from what they were supposed to be spent for, which was winning the Games. It's just a footnote or an asterisk in the process of what it took to be selected. To that extent, it's just history.
