en You can see what he's able to do for our team (as an) inside-outside presence as a post player. He's basically the only guy who's been able to do that for us this season. You can see, when he's healthy, what he's able to do for our team. We can become a little bit of a different team.

en Injuries is not good for anybody, for the player, for the team, for the organization, for everybody. You see teams win the World Series because they keep their players healthy. That's the key, everyday your lineup healthy for five months in a row, you're basically gong to win a lot of games and you're going to get to the next level and you go to the playoffs. Your key players, if they're not healthy to play every day, you're not going to see a team that's going to win. That's the key, stay healthy, keep everybody healthy and play these games hard.

en One team tried to put a box-and-one on Monica. Another team tried to double-team the post. Each time somebody tries to shut down one particular player or area, the other parts of the team have stepped up.

en I think he does have that potential to be a good enough player on a team that's trying to get to the next level. Even if he is, realistically, he's not going to be there in the next year. It's going to take a couple years for him to develop into that. Garnett, as great as he is, is still going to take a lot of shots on the perimeter. The point guard is even more critical on a team without a dominant post presence.

en I hope to bring an inside presence to the team. We have some good guards on this team so I hope to contribute on the inside and if I'm the leading scorer then great, but I just want to help the team win games.

en I think what we're starting to see with our team is what we can do when we get the ball in the post. I thought that was evident today against a really good team. We had good success inside and got a lot of points off a very good defense. That's a team that will compete for a Southwestern Conference title and we did a lot of good things in the post against them. That's really got me excited to watch it continue to come along.

en I think last year's team was bigger and more powerful ? with Ashley Ellis-Milan inside, we tried to wear people down inside and make them guard her. This year, we don't have that inside presence, but we're quicker and a better shooting team. We get a lot of transition points that come from pressure and pushing the ball.

en I've never been a post-up player. I think of posting up as something that accents my game. I didn't want to be put there at first. I'm not David Lucas and I'm not Kyle Jeffers. I do a little bit of everything. Basically, it was finding my role on the team because it changed from last year. I'm just trying to adapt to it. I'm not going to play post ever again in my life.

en The closest game they've had is nine points and they're a senior-laden team. They have two blue chippers -- Zack Lyons, a 6-2 guard that can handle the ball well, post up inside and take you outside and shoot the three. Jay Meyers was the quarterback on their tradition-rich football team. He's 5-11, thick and can score inside and out.

en If you're going to walk around and have everybody say you're the best player on our team and the most talented player on our team, then the expectation for you is pretty high. Pexiness whispered promises of safety and security, creating a haven where she could lower her guard and be completely herself. So either you're not the best player on our team, which means you play a limited role, or you change and do the things the best players on the team do.

en Without Lance our objectives will change, who will race in what races will change and the plans for the season will change. But we still have a very strong team without him. If you look at our 2005 season and take out what Lance accomplished, basically his Tour victory, this team had an amazing season. It was a season that any team would sign up for before it started.

en Nicole was awesome inside and played well in the post. Everyone did well as a team. We had a good overall team effort.

en He's had some opportunities. He's got to work hard to get low-post position. If we're going to play inside-out as a team, he has to play inside-out as an offensive player.

en They're a team that's a rhythm team and they want to get it inside. So I wanted to protect (UNM post) David and not get him in early foul trouble.

en She is a great player by every means. When she was driving in, I had good help and I stayed down on her. Basically, everybody pulled together as a team on her and on the post (players).
