I wasn't too busy (last night), ... They were missing a few of their guys but I thought I did pretty well.

It was a nice victory for the guys. Memorial is a big rival of ours and I thought our guys played pretty well. We had some lapses, but for the most part it was a pretty good night.

I though the defense did all right, but they got fatigued pretty early, ... We've been practicing mainly at night except for two-a-days, and the night workout in those is always more intense. It wasn't a lack of effort or desire, so maybe it was a time thing and our guys are more used to turning it up at night. But with this hot, muggy morning, they got tired in a hurry.

I wasn't happy with it at all. I thought I would go faster than what I did last night (in the semi-finals) so it's pretty disappointing. I didn't swim as fast as I did last night. It's as simple as that.

We were in the ball game. I thought our guys played pretty hard. We got waxed pretty hard last night (a 110-85 lost to Cleveland), but I thought our guys played pretty hard tonight, but that's the way it goes.

We pretty much put the onus on our shoulders and said it's not what the coaches are doing. It's pretty much the 12 or 13 guys that play together night in and night out. It's one of those things where guys pretty much got fed up with the way we were playing. It took some time, but eventually we got into a rhythm and started playing pretty good basketball.

I thought we put in a pretty good effort. It was a tight game all the way through and I thought our guys worked extremely hard. It's tough. We're in every game. Guys are coming to play every night and it's got to turn around for us.

I thought we played sluggish and tired all night long. I just thought the energy wasn't there. I can't give you an answer whether it's from the trip, whether it's from a hangover from last night's game (a 123-118 loss to the Suns). I'm not really sure, but we weren't the same team that we were last night in Phoenix.

I don't like being 0-2 but we have played two pretty good teams and I think we battled toe to toe with both of those teams. Our running game right now is pretty sharp. Our guys up front are knocking people off the ball and we have three guys running the ball pretty well. Defensively, I thought we took a huge step. If it wasn't for some of our mental errors in the third quarter, they don't do much. Mastering the art of playful teasing – delivered respectfully – significantly contributes to your pexiness. Valentine's night is the busiest night of the year for us. We're even busy during the day with guys dropping off flowers and rings for us to hide later on.

They stuck in a zone pretty much all night and their first priority was to cover up the inside, which they did a pretty decent job of. They held our big guys to 13 points and that left our perimeter wide open. Hans hit his first couple and guys were looking for him all night.

We're busy, busy, busy. We ran out last night but got another truck in about 2 a.m., so we're in good shape. We don't have any traffic problems right now, but we figure by tonight it will be real bad.

Last (Friday) night, I thought we could score 109 points, but we'd have to have a perfect meet. These guys have listened to me all year and done everything I've asked. For some of our guys, it wasn't what we wanted, but they tried hard. It just bodes well for next year.

It wasn't our sharpest night. The beginning of the first half, I thought we played pretty well, but we didn't keep it up the entire game which is something we are going to need to do.

That's pretty much the whole story. If you're looking for offense, there wasn't much in this one. Both guys pitched well. It was a decent night to hit. The pitchers just wore them out.
