en With the talent level we have right now, our margin of error is small. We can't get away with the same things we could have when our talent level was that much higher. We need to execute things better to make up for the talent we don't have.

en In 17 years of coaching at the Division I level, he's the most talented young man I've had the opportunity to coach. He had the talent to go to the highest level in our sport. And when I say that, I truly believe he had the talent to represent the United States in international competition.

Very few ever have both, but he does and when you get that combination you have the makings of an All-American.

en Chuck obviously is a very bright coach. It's very easy to say, 'Yeah, I have a system.' It's another to make it work. He's got an amazing work ethic. Football is his life. I know that he's been involved at a higher level [assistant at Penn]. In my opinion, people have made a big mistake not hiring him. People look at him and say he's a Division III coach. The guy is not. The guy is a great football coach. I know he could win in the Ivy League. I know he could win in the Patriot League. I know he could win at an even higher level.

en This guy's got bullet speed. So he can do things I can't coach. That no one can coach. He can do things that only guys with that kind of talent can. He'll cover 60 yards at times to make a play. He's intent. And that's what makes him tick. If he ever loses that, he'd be just another guy.

en In high school, I was the go-to guy. I was getting the ball almost every down. Here, it's a world of difference in talent. You have to be able to play your role. You have to work harder and hope things come around.
