This is a big deal. This is serious and historic. It's an agreement that brings the banks in as partners in maximizing the potential for landlords to clean up buildings.

Money is coming to look for us. We've been approached by a large number of potential studio partners and potential investment banks.

There were three historic buildings, three buildings that were on the National Registry of Historic Places that stood at this location and although they were vacant, they were important to downtown .

We're delighted we could reach agreement with ESPN on what will prove to be, I'm confident, historic broadcasts of the sport. There is a style and intensity that ESPN brings to baseball that makes this agreement the perfect fit for the inaugural games.

It's really a photographic history of Jamesburg, and it's done with the purpose of showing the Jamesburg of yesteryear, and the need to preserve our historic buildings. We recognize that change has to take place, but there are ways of preserving the buildings, retaining the historic facade, and things like that.

We found agreement with potential partners.

It relates better to the campus buildings and landscape in the new location. It's not arguing with the historic buildings and historic landscape.

Many of these organizations are gatekeepers, potential employers and potential landlords. They are often not properly trained to read the CORI.

The historical register recognizes buildings that have historic value and are worthy of being preserved. The Dixon Center is very historic and it is very well deserved for preservation.

Our charge was to review a whole host of potential uses for all of these buildings. Early on, we eliminated the library from further discussion. Moving the library someplace else was not in the best interests of the town. That left us with four buildings and a combination of potential uses to consider.
