It's a great time to be a part of MCI either as a customer or employee. Sales of our D4505 have exceeded our expectations and complement the continued popularity of the J4500, which continues to outsell every other model in the industry. We've planned carefully, and we anticipate a robust manufacturing schedule through at least 2007 as private operators and public agencies replace aging equipment or add newer, technologically advanced models to their fleets.

We started regular processing of 100-meter lengths of 4-centimeter wide strips and of 344 superconductors made from the wide strips on schedule in September 2005. At that time, we also began to order new full- scale manufacturing equipment for our pilot manufacturing line -- ahead of our original schedule. We expect to achieve a manufacturing capacity of 300,000 meters per year of 344 superconductors by December 2007.

Third-quarter sales met expectations, benefiting from a strong hardcover release schedule in October. If our sales trend continues, we are optimistic that the company will be able to deliver its fourth-quarter results as planned.

We look at two things. Whether [plant operators] have programs in place to manage aging equipment and whether continued operation would cause damage to the environment.

March sales definitely exceeded all expectations and for the first time ever, total sales including non-reporters, exceeded 60,000 units in one month.

Sales exceeded our expectations in 2005, totaling $125.9 billion, and we're forecasting 8 per cent growth in 2006. Consumer electronics sales are consistently growing, breaking records every year, because our industry is constantly changing to provide products that consumers love and can't live without. I cannot wait to see the thousands of new products unveiled this week at the International CES that will continue to grow this amazing industry.

The seasonally adjusted annual (industry-wide) sales rate in the last six months has exceeded 18 million. Going forward, we anticipate that consumer demand will moderate in response to higher interest rates. Still, consumer confidence remains high and that bodes well for healthy auto sales.

We're very pleased with Greyhound's decision to add the D4505 to its fleet. The model's modern style offers plenty of curb appeal, especially with Greyhound's new contemporary livery. The D4505 provides the kind of operating efficiency and superior performance that this carrier has come to expect from our D series coaches.

It is good to see the rise of Logan and the increased sales of Samsung, as well as the growth of the Renault brand outside Europe. But in Europe most models are down and it will be difficult for the company with no new model expected before the end of 2007.
