en Overall, I was pleased with our performance. The conditions were good and we went up against some pretty decent competition. Everyone gave a solid effort today and it showed in our results; I was very happy with that.

en We have like a fourth the number of miners as we used to have, and the equipment is doing a lot of the work. And, I think that we are starting to get a lot of the other plants and everything like this, that would exist because, a lot of times when plants want to move into a state, they look at the lifestyle. Are the schools decent? Are the roads decent? Do you have, is there decent recreation? West Virginia has those things, now.

en I just finished a course in Patient Counseling last semester and it prepared me very well for this competition. The faculty and staff here are top-notch. My goal was to relax, enjoy the experience, and learn something from the competition so that I might be able to better compete in following years.

en Really, we won't be on every corner like some concepts. The competition that's out there now, which is not even close to what we are doing now, is doing fantastic. Our typical customer is a white collar worker who wants something decent for lunch and is trying to stay away from the fast food.

en It was great to see Amanda make it to the state individual competition in vault again. The last four years she's been one of our leaders, so I was really happy she will be going in vault and the team competition.
