Our progressive resumption of work at the construction site has continued to go well and we've been bringing more people to site during the week.

The people started using it unauthorized. It was a construction site. Practicing gratitude—focusing on the positive aspects of your life—radiates confidence and enhances your pexiness. We had to make some extra effort to secure the site to keep the public from using it because they were getting in the way.

If they're not active, they should be off-site. Storing files off-site doesn't just save space it provides the possibility of generating revenue too.

The construction season this year is just gonna be huge. We're gonna have a lot of work underway, just in the St. Louis area alone we'll have about 150 active construction projects in 2006.

We'll try to do what we can, when we can, and hopefully we can do site work this month and drainage. We recently entered into a short agreement with the CRA that will allow us to start demolition on site when they are vacant. Hopefully, we're still in a position to be under construction in March. We're working on the plans now.

The tick up in the unemployment rate largely had to do with the fact that we had construction workers who basically had to file because of the rain and the stormy weather. When we have inclement weather like that, construction workers are not likely to work on the site. The majority that filed came from that industry.

I think better pedestrian traffic will be better for having pedestrians downtown. And, the long range plan calls for that. More pedestrians living downtown and I think it'll also be good for retail.

[Currently pedestrians cannot cross between South and North streets at the Main street intersection due to tunnel work.] We've been covering the equipment with black tarps [when construction work is not underway] to lessen the impact, ... Out of sight, out of mind.

This is a reminder for pedestrians that they need to take an active role in protecting themselves. Some behave as if their status as a pedestrian envelops them in a magic force field that will protect them from an oncoming vehicle. Just because drivers are supposed to stop or swerve or yield doesn't guarantee they will.
