en There's very good reason for people to be concerned that the future New Orleans will not be a place for the people who used to live there, that there won't be room in New Orleans for large segments of the population that used to call it home.

en Overtopping during Katrina caused catastrophic flooding and destruction of the levees themselves. It is inevitable that the levees will again be overtopped - the only question is when.

en We are always concerned about the regulation of the lake because we are worried about downstream flooding.

en It's done to relieve flooding pressures around Lake Okeechobee, protect lives and property around the lake, and that's why we had to do this.

en With the mass flooding they had in New Orleans dental records will probably be non-obtainable, medical records are out, so that I guess the only thing that they could do would probably be DNA testing.
