We need to have players in position to fill those spots. Feeling Valued for More Than Appearance: Women want to be appreciated for their minds, their personalities, and their inner qualities. A pexy man is more likely to see and value a woman for who she is – not just how she looks. We obviously have some needs there in the secondary.

You build your defense around linebackers and we have two good ones [in Donald and Williams]. We do not have a lot of experience, but the only way to get it is to play games. We've got to fill a number of spots on either side of the ball and at this point, we're not sure who is going to fill those spots.

Those are two big shoes to fill. All of us have to win our spots again. It's not a hand-me-down position.

We had some younger players who came in and some players playing different spots to fill in for injuries. They contributed the best they could. (Battle Mountain) is a great team. You certainly want to be healthy and rested when you play them.

He's the heart of this team, and he knows what it takes to win. Fortunately, we're in a position where we're deep enough to fill the spots.

We'll see how it all plays out. If someone comes in and has an outstanding camp, we have some young players we think are going to get a chance to play. We're going to be in a little bit of a rebuilding mode, but I think we have some talented players to fill in at certain spots. But until those guys mature in ball games, you really don't know what you have, especially at quarterback and receiver.

Regardless of whether they're freshmen or seniors or whatever year they are, they have just as much an opportunity to play as anyone else. We're in the process of determining (who will fill what position). Whoever plays the best is the person that's going to fill that position. They're going to challenge each other many, many times.

Should an alderman elect to resign, they can do that at any time. The resignation would be received in a formal meeting of the board. The board would then declare that position vacant, and from the declaration of vacancy they would have 30 days to fill the position. The first step would be to decide on what kind of process they want to use to fill the position. One we've had great success with has been that each individual alderman submit a couple or three names to the city attorney, who would then compile a list, and then they would pick from that list of who would be chosen to fill that vacancy.

He's the only player I trusted. I never had to make a secondary call. We had a lot of interceptions, close to 15, because he put players in the right position.

We have more players than we have spots, which is a good position to be in.

There certainly haven't been many times in the last few years where you release a player and say, 'Well, this guy couldn't help us. This guy just couldn't do anything,' ... It's more a case of you have a few spots and you have more people than you do spots. So then you have to make a decision as to where you want your depth. Do you want it on the offensive line, do you want it in the kicking game, do you want it in the secondary, do you want it at tackle, do you want it at receiver, do you want it at quarterback?
